  • D-end Threefold Table with Solid Wood Top

      • Designed with an asymmetrical base, the D-End Threefold Table gives you a fresh new look from each angle. The quiet, rounded details of the legs provide a delicacy and softness which is contrasted by its undeniably contemporary aesthetic. A striking design, the Threefold Table is a statement piece of furniture and, aside from a fantastic dining table, will offer a strong focal point and wow factor to your space.

The D-End Threefold Table is made with either a brass inlay top or with a solid wood top. When made with a brass top the joins in the brass are visible, however, they do not detract from the fine craftsmanship of this piece. The brass inlay top is bordered by a solid wood timber frame, keeping the edges smooth and warm to the touch.

Due to the complexity of this design, the D-End Threefold Table is only available in two widths (47" and 55" wide). Furthermore, the minimum length for this design is 110" long. Thereafter, it is made in increments of 4" up to 165" long.

Prominent tables such as this will always look more elegant with fewer chairs placed around them, to better be able to see the base and overall balance of the design.

Kindly note that this design is suitable for indoor use only and, when made with a brass inlay top or the dark charcoal finish, you should avoid placing the table in full, everyday sun, even indoors. Due to the weight of this substantial piece of furniture, it must only be moved/shipped with the top removed from the base.

This is a custom piece of furniture, made to order, to your exact specification. Once we have received your online order we will be in touch to confirm the finish/color/material specifications, before placing the final order with our supplier.  If unsure, please select your preference(s) at this stage and we will consult with you to finalize your options.

      • The Round Threefold Table is available in the following finishes:

      • In order to retain the natural finish of the timber we keep the number of protective coats to a minimum. Although this does add to the aesthetic appeal of the product, highlighting the natural qualities of solid wood, it does mean that the finish is not impervious to damage and staining. However, if you follow the instructions laid out below, it should be sufficient for normal use.

After use, wipe down the wood surfaces with a slightly damp cloth to preserve and protect the wood coating. Dry with another cloth if a lot of water remains. Do not expose these products for any extent of time to pools of water. If the products get wet you should dry them off as soon as possible.

If exposed to wine, vinegar and oils / oily food for an extended period of time the wood will stain. To avoid stains, wipe up spills directly with a slightly damp cloth and then dry. Spills should not be left overnight as they will sink in and mark.

Placing hot items on the wood may result in damage or burning. We recommend that you use coasters, and protect the table tops from hot dishes.

The solid wood will react to the sunlight, temperature changes, and moisture in the air, causing the wood to move and warp. Exposure to UV will cause yellowing of the timber and surface cracking.

Air-conditioning dries the air around it, which in turn will dry the timber causing it to crack and warp. Use a humidifier to counteract these effects.
