  • Ikigai Sculpture

      • "Ikigai" is a Japanese concept meaning "reason for being"—the harmony between passion, purpose, and fulfillment. The Ikigai Sculpture embodies this philosophy, its graceful curves and flowing lines mirroring the natural rhythms of life. Carved from the finest wood, each ripple is meticulously shaped to evoke movement, while the rich, organic grain adds warmth and depth. More than a work of art, this sculpture is a testament to living with intention—a reminder to embrace life’s journey, follow your passions, and find beauty in simplicity. A celebration of nature, craftsmanship, and the art of becoming.

      • Approx. 94.5" L x 8" D x 12" H / 2400 x 200 x 300mm

      • The Ikigai sculpture is made in Ash timber.

      • Wood: Use a damp clean cloth to dust regularly. Do not use abrasive, silicon, or oil-based cleaners. Blot spills immediately to avoid moisture, penetrating the wood.

Leather: Occasionally wipe with a soft, damp cloth to avoid the accumulation of dust which can act as a corrosive and damage the leather. Do not expose to direct sunlight or consistent UV light as discolouration and fading will result. Blot spills immediately with an absorbent cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and detergents. Do not use artificial heat or harsh sunlight to dry leather furniture, as this will cause the leather to become dry and crack. Professional cleaning is recommended.
