• Make a statement with these unique frayed-edge bags! This clutch bag is handcrafted from 100% cotton rope. Faced with a high unemployment rate in South Africa, we're working on creating products that are labour-intensive so that we can create employment opportunties for women in our community. Fraying the edges of the Mane Clutch is very time consuming, and provides many hours of employment. And we're sure it will bring you many hours of enjoyment. 
  
  This bag closes with a zip. Mia Mélange bags are made from 100% cotton rope which we carefully sew together. The cotton is grown locally in South Africa by farmers who are members of the Better Cotton Initiate (BCI).

• To clean dirt and scuff marks off the cotton, rub with the adhesive side of broad scotch tape; or gently spot clean with a wet cloth and mild hand wash soap. Dyed rope may run when wet. It is best for the cotton rope not to get wet. It is, however, possible to hand wash the cotton products gently (without dyed rope), but please ensure the product dries evenly.
